Terms of Service
Terms of Service
To ensure a smooth partnership, our dispatch agreements are governed by the following standards:
Revenue-Based Fees: All percentages are calculated based on the gross revenue of delivered loads.
Weekly Minimums: For Full Service and Premium tiers, carriers agree to pay the greater of the applicable percentage or the $150 weekly minimum.
Dispatch Week: Our billing cycle runs from Sunday to Saturday based on delivered loads.
Documentation: Carriers are required to submit signed rate confirmations to the dispatcher.
Carrier Responsibility: The carrier maintains full responsibility for equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and legal operation.
Flexibility: Either party may terminate services at any time with proper notice
